The Cowell Foundation supports leadership development by periodically hosting convenings of talented organizations and dedicated community leaders.

Teams of Cowell grantees and other community leaders typically spend a few days working together within and across communities to share knowledge, develop skills, and reinvigorate their passion for the work. Relationships forged during these special events often spur ongoing collaborations between grantees and across communities in Northern and Central California.
